After drafting Duke's RJ Barrett third overall and Michigan's Ignas Brazdeikis 47th overall in Thursday's NBA draft, the Knicks continued to make moves by signing several undrafted free agents.
New York signed UCLA forward Kris Wilkes to a two-way deal and also agreed to terms with Louisville forward V.J. King and Shaw University guard Amir Hinton, SNY's Ian Begley confirmed.
King, a 6-foot-6, 190-pound junior, averaged 3.9 points and 3.0 rebounds in 32 games for the Cardinals, while Hinton, a 6-foot-5 guard, led all of Division II in scoring, averaging 29.4 points per game as a junior.
Wilkes, a 6-foot-8 sophomore, averaged 17.4 points and 4.8 rebounds for the Bruins. He shot 43.3 percent from the floor and 33.7 percent from 3-point range.
