Knicks C Enes Kanter seems to believe LeBron James must play in New York to be the greatest of all time.
"If you want to be the one and only GOAT then you gotta win in New York," Kanter told SNY's Taylor Rooks. "You want to be king of New York that bad, then come and prove it"
Within minutes of the Warriors' NBA Finals-clinching game four win, various NBA players quickly sent out tweets imploring James to join their team. Kanter was one of them.
"Let the fun begin," Kanter tweeted. He also included "#cLeaveLand".

Kanter wasn't the only player quick on the recruiting trail. 76ers star Joel Embiid took a shot as did Spurs' Dejounte Murray.
But for Kanter, it wasn't Kanter's first pitch to James. In May, he playfully said that James should come to the Knicks.
"You really want to be King of New York? Come and prove it."
Kanter's "invite" is the latest in a back-and-forth between he and James, which started in November and last had an update in April, when James wore a pair of Nike LeBron 15s with the words "I'm King" on the heels during a Cavaliers-Knicks game at Madison Square Garden.
In November, after the Cavaliers rallied down 23 points to beat the Knicks 104-101 at Madison Square Garden, James declared himself "King of New York" with an Instagram photo of him standing at the logo at midcourt.
Kanter fired back by saying, "We already have a king. It's Kristaps Porzingis."
