NBA Draft season is upon us, and the Knicks were awarded the No. 3 overall pick following the NBA Draft Lottery. As June 20 approaches to them being on the clock, here is the latest about the top prospects in this year's Draft class as it pertains to the Knicks...
June 19, 11:52 AM:
Ja Morant is basically a lock at the No. 2 pick, as the Grizzlies have traded their veteran point guard Mike Conley to the Jazz, per The Athletic's Shams Charania. In turn, it looks as if RJ Barrett could also be a lock for the Knicks at No. 3.
June 6, 10:51 AM:
The Knicks' college visits continue this week, as SNY's Ian Begley is hearing Lousiville F VJ King is scheduled for his workout with the team on Friday.
But even bigger news is the fact that UCF C Tacko Fall and Duke C Marques Bolden is also coming in for a workout. Fall is one of the most intriguing prospects of the draft, as the 7-foot-7 center opened many eyes after causing Zion Williamson some trouble in the NCAA Tournament. Bolden, who held down the front court for the Blue Devils this season, has also improved by the year for Duke.
June 3, 3:58 PM:
The Knicks worked out Villanova guard Phil Booth and Wichita State forward Markis McDuffie on Monday, and also set up a workout with Texas guard Kerwin Roach II, according to The Athletic's Mike Vorkunov.
Booth, a 6-foot-3 senior, averaged 18.6 points, 3.9 rebounds and 3.8 assists for the Wildcats, while McDuffie, at 6-foot-8, 218 pounds, finished his senior season by averaging 18.2 points and 5.0 rebounds for the Shockers.
A 6-foot-4, 180-pound senior, Roach averaged 15.1 points, 4.4 rebounds and 3.3 assists in 30 games for the Longhorns.
June 3, 11:40 AM:
Marques Bolden has scheduled a workout with the Knicks for Friday, per SNY's Ian Begley. The 6-foot-11 prospect also will visit and work out with the Lakers, Spurs, Wizards, Hornets, Cavs and Celtics.
On a star-studded Duke squad last season, Bolden -- a junior -- averaged just over 19 minutes a game with 5.3 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.7 blocks. His size could play in the NBA, most likely as a rim protector. The Texas native isn't on the Knicks' mind at No. 3, but could be an option in the second round perhaps.
June 3, 9:33 AM:
According to SNY's Ian Begley, the Knicks' latest workout will be with Mississippi State G Quinndary Weatherspoon on Monday.
Weatherspoon, 6-foot-4, had his best collegiate season to cap off his career with the Bulldogs. He averaged 18.5 poiunts, 4.7 rebounds and 2.8 assists while shooting 50.8 percent from the field. He was also a tick under 40 percent for the year from beyond the arc (39.6 percent). He was also a solid defender with 1.7 steals per game.
June 2, 5:10 PM:
LaGerald Vick and Aric Holman will work out for the Knicks on Monday, according to SNY's Ian Begley.
Vick played four seasons at Kansas, but left the team on Feb. 8 for personal reasons and missed the remaidner of the year. Vick is considered a second round prospect and could make sense for the Knicks, who own the No. 55 pick in the draft, at that point in the draft.
In 23 games last season, the 6-foot-5 guard averaged 14.1 points per game in 33 minutes, while shooting 45.5 percent from beyond the arc.
LaGerald Vick, a 6-5 guard who played at Kansas, has workouts scheduled in the coming days with the Knicks, Thunder and Bulls, per sources. Vick's Knicks workout is scheduled for Monday. New York has the 55th pick in the draft.

Vick will also work out for the Thunder and the Bulls in the coming days.
Holman spent four seasons at Mississippi State and the 6-foot-10 prospect played in all 34 games -- starting 20 -- his senior year. He averaged 9.5 points per game with a team-high 6.2 rebounds and 54 total blocks.
Aric Holman, a 6-10 forward from Mississippi State, is scheduled to workout for the Knicks on Monday, per sources.

May 17, 5:09 PM:
Knicks team president Steve Mills spoke for the first time since his team was awarded the No. 3 pick in the 2019 NBA Draft, and he says he's excited about the opportunity despite not getting the top selection.
"We're excited about where we are," Mills told The Post's Marc Berman. "We know we'll get a good player at 3. So it's something we're excited about and look forward to."
Asked if has thought about trading the pick in, say, an Anthony Davis deal, Mills brushed it off saying "we're here to evaluate the players that are here and we'll keep moving along in our process."
May 17, 11:11 AM:
According to SNY's Ian Begley, there are some in the Knicks' organization that "highly" rate Texas Tech SF Jarrett Culver. The Big 12 Player of the Year helped his Red Raiders team to the National Championship, and though most experts leave him out of the top three prospects in this draft, small forward is a position the Knicks need to improve at.
In turn, expect the team to scout Culver heavily as the weeks progress.
May 16, 10:42 PM:
RJ Barrett is expected by many to go to the Knicks after Zion Williamson and Ja Morant go No. 1 and No. 2 respectively. And according to The Post, Barrett prefers to fall at No. 3 to the Knicks.
May 15, 8:29 PM:
It looks like RJ Barrett is going to be there for the Knicks at No. 3 on Draft night.
ESPN reported that the Grizzlies "appear to have locked in" on Ja Morant at No. 2, which means Barrett will be there for New York.
