Knicks C Joakim Noah "looks great" as he prepares for the upcoming season, teammate Michael Beasley says.
"I mean, he's cut up. He's got 25 abs right now," Beasley said, according to Stefan Bondy of the New York Daily News. "He's in shape. Y'all know he's strong as hell."
Noah, who has been practicing and working out at the Knicks' training facility, will be suspended for the first 12 games of the season following his failed drug test last season.
"I know I did it because I wanted to be there for the squad and I wanted to be better and I wanted to be alright," he said during a "Truth Barrell" podcast. "I was hurt. So it's definitely a hell of a learning experience, definitely an uppercut to the face."
Noah was limited to 46 games for the Knicks last season and averaged 8.8 rebounds and five points per game.
