D'Angelo Russell scored a team-high 18 points and had seven assists to help carry his team to a 113-107 win over the Knicks in a preseason game on Friday night at Madison Square Garden.
The Nets turned in a well-rounded effort, as Joe Harris and Spencer Dinwiddie each chipped in 16 points while Caris LeVert scored 12 points on four three-pointers.
The Knicks fell behind by 14 points at the end of the half, but fought back in the second half as they outscored the Nets in the fourth quarter by seven points. Tim Hardaway Jr. was leading his team in minutes and points when he left the game with a sprained wrist. He finished with 18 points in 26:02 minutes.
