If the Knicks win the NBA draft lottery and land the No. 1 pick, chances are they'll draft Zion Williamson, who was named AP Men's Player of the Year on Friday.

Williamson, the expected No. 1 pick in June's NBA draft, received 59 of 64 votes after averaging 22.6 points and 8.9 rebounds for Duke, which lost in the Elite Eight to Michigan State on Sunday.

The 18-year-old Williamson, with his electrifying dunks, highlight-reel blocks and overall presence on the court for the Blue Devils, has yet to officially declare for the draft.

"My mom would tell me, 'College is something you don't want to miss out on' because not only have I enjoyed the basketball side of coming to Duke, I've enjoyed being a student here just as much," Williamson said, according to the AP. "The relationships I've built with the students here -- like talking to kids I guess people wouldn't picture me talking to, hanging out with them -- it's bigger than basketball."

The Knicks, who currently own the NBA's worst record, would only have a 14 percent chance at landing the No. 1 pick in the lottery, which will take place May 14. And of course, the top prize is the 6-foot-7, 285-pound Williamson.

Williamson has said he "would love to play for the Knicks" if they drafted him, adding, "I don't really care where I go, just the experience of being in the NBA. Whoever wants me and whoever sees the most in me, that's where I want to be."

Williamson's teammate, freshman R.J. Barrett, who is also projected to be a top-five pick, received two votes, while Murray State's Ja Morant, another highly-touted prospect who declared for the draft, received one vote.
