The Knicks take on the 76ers at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday night.

- T.J. McConnell's turnaround jumper at the buzzer gave the 76ers a 98-97 home victory over the Knicks on January 11. The loss snapped New York's overall five-game win streak in this series, although it still owns an active five-game home winning streak over Philadelphia, including a 119-113 double-overtime victory in the teams' last meeting at Madison Square Garden (January 18, 2016).
- The Knicks averaged just 96.7 points per game after the All-Star Game last season, which was dead last in the NBA. New York was much better on offense in the first half of this season; their 106.1 PPG going into the All-Star Game was 12th best in the league. They put up 104 points at Cleveland on Thursday.
- Courtney Lee had 25 points on Thursday, going on 10-for-15 (.667) from the field. He has shot the ball very well this month, hitting 56.0 percent of his attempts, including 45.2 (14/31) percent of his three-pointers.
- Carmelo Anthony has had 20+ points in each of his last six games, tying his longest such streak of the season (6, October 29-November 9).
