Trier was lights out in the first half, where he scored 12 points in just about four minutes. He finished with 20 at the end of the half, while tallying four rebounds and one assists in the contest as well.
Enes Kanter was a strong presence at the rim with 22 points and 19 rebounds for a double-double. He also collected two blocks.
Frank Ntilikina, Trey Burke, and Tim Hardaway Jr. each had nine points, while Damyean Dotson was a perfect 4-for-4 from the field for eight points.
The only negative part of the game was Mitchell Robinson rolling his foot pursuing the ball that resulted in a sprained right ankle.
The Knicks stay undefeated in the preseason after opening their play with an overtime win over the Wizards.
