Las Vegas 4 - Reno 15: Wilmer Flores has hit safely 14 games in a row after cracking a two-run double down the left field line in the 5th inning. Cesar Puello reached base three times on a double, single and a walk. Kevin Plawecki was 1-for-4 with a double, his second since being promoted to Triple-A. With the 51s down nine runs in the 8th inning, infielder Omar Quintanilla was called upon to pitch. Portland 1 - Binghamton 6, game 1: Dilson Herrera extended his hitting streak to 11 games with a two-run single in the 5th inning. Dustin Lawley smacked his 16th homer, also in the 5th. Brian Burgamy launched his 15th long-ball in the 1st. Starting pitcher Angel Cuan was outstanding, shutting out Portland for five innings, allowing three hits with five strikeouts and no walks. Portland 0 - Binghamton 1, game 2: Right-hander Gabriel Ynoa was outstanding on the bump, tossing a seven-inning complete game shutout in his second Double-A start. The 21-year-old surrendered just four hits with nine strikeouts and no walks. It's the third complete game of his career and first this season. Former Long Beach State standout Rylan Sandoval drove in the only run with a 2nd inning single. Brandon Nimmo reached base on a walk but was 0-for-1. Dilson Herrera was hitless in three at-bats. >>Read more at

St. Lucie 3 - Bradenton 6: L.J. Mazzilli extended his hitting streak to six games with a 6th inning single. Catcher Cam Maron and 3B Jeff McNeil had the only multi-hit efforts, each going 2-for-4 with a double. LF Jared King, who was just called up to high-A yesterday, singled home a run in the 6th. Augusta 7 - Savannah 1: Dominic Smith was 1-for-4, extending his hitting streak to four games. Matt Oberste's hitting streak is now 12 games after singling in four at-bats. Brooklyn 4 - State College 0: Amed Rosario picked up his first multi-hit game since June 26 with a 2-for-3 night. OF Michael Bernal tripled for the third time this season and drove in two runs. Joe Tuschak launched his second homer of the season, singled and plated two runs. Five Brooklyn pitchers combined to throw the shutout. >>Read more at

Kingsport 2 - Elizabethton 5: Pedro Perez was 3-for-4 with two doubles and a run scored. Jean Rodriguez and Luis Ortega had a pair of hits each. Oswald Caraballo extended his hitting streak to four games with a single in four trips. He's has eight knocks in his last 17 at-bats. >>Read more at

GCL Mets 1 - GCL Cardinals 2: Rafael Montero, who has been on the Triple-A disabled list since June 14 with an oblique strain, returned to the mound for the first time since the injury. The right-hander tossed four innings, allowing two earned runs on five hits, with six strikeouts and one walk. Enmanuel Zabala was 1-for-3 with a double and drove in the only Mets run. He's hit safely in seven of his last 10 games. John Mora, who played the last two seasons for the Mets DSL affiliates, has been on fire since the start of the 2014 campaign.
