"It's a big deal, especially when you haven't been into the postseason in a long time," Michael Cuddyer recently said of home-field advantage (Sept. 29, 2015). "It gives the fans just that added bit of excitement."
According to Kelly Johnson, winning home field advantage is just one a few remaining goals on the team's list...
"Home field is a big deal and we need to make it a big deal,” Johnson added (Sept. 29. 2015). “I think we will make that a priority and it’s a good thing. We had a goal to win the division and that was the first goal."
