Result: The Mets rebounded from a six-error performance Monday to win their second straight high-scoring affair with the Marlins, 8-6.

Need to Know: Juan Lagares had a perfect day at the plate, going 4-for-4 with three runs scored, two RBIs and two stolen bases. David Wright broke a 20-game streak without an extra-base hit with a second-inning double, going 3-for-4 with three RBIs. Travis d'Arnaud added three hits of his own, while Matt den Dekker and Wilmer Flores had two each. Jon Niese allowed six runs over six innings, but picked up his eighth win thanks to the Mets offense.

Game Ball: A few good options, but Lagares reaching base five times and playing stellar defense earns him the honors.
