Robert Gsellman allowed six runs in 2 and 2/3 innings on Sunday in his third rehab start for Double-A Binghamton.
In his last start on August 1, Gsellman pitched three scoreless innings, allowing two hits while striking out two. On Juy 27, he allowed a run on three hits in just two thirds of an inning.
Gsellman is recovering from a hamstring injury that sent him to the disable list in late June.
He is 5-5 with a 6.15 ERA in 17 games for the Mets this season, including 14 starts.
