Mets RHP Matt Harvey allowed one run on one hit and walked one batter in his rehab start for the Brooklyn Cyclones on Saturday. It was Harvey's first outing since landing on the disabled list June 15.
He threw 18 pitches, seven of which were strkes.
Harvey, 28, is recovering from a scapula injury. Earlier this season, he returned after recovering from Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, which cut short his 2016 campaign.
Harvey posted a 5.25 ERA and 1.45 WHIP with 54 strikeouts in 70 1/3 innings (13 starts) this season before landing on the DL. He is eligible for arbitration following the season and is slated to become a free agent after 2018.
