Mets legend and current SNY announcer Keith Hernandez will headline the 2019 Queens Baseball Convention (QBC), it was announced Monday.
Hernandez will take part in an hour-long panel discussion that will include questions from attendees, and will be taking part in an autograph session.
The fan-run QBC, presented by SNY, is taking place on January 19, 2019 at Katch Astoria.
For the first time, SNY will bring Baseball Night in New York to the QBC, doing a live version of the show in front of Mets fans from across the region. Also making their debut at the QBC will be SNY's Shea Anything podcast.
In addition to SNY panels, the QBC will host player Q&A sessions, autograph signings, games, vendors, and mascot appearances.
