DraftBaseball America is out their their first mock draft. John Manuel writes about the Mets' strategy at #10 overall:

The Mets feel like they’re about to turn the corner in the big leagues and are well stocked with young pitching, so they would like a college bat who could move through the system quickly. Turner would be tempting if he’s available, but Conforto is the consensus best college hitter and has the polished approach the team is looking for.
Conforto, out of Oregon State is hitting .397/.549/.589 with 40 walks and 24 strikeouts, 11 walks, 2 triples and 4 HR in 41 games for Oregon State as a 21-year old this year.

Scouting MatzAt Baseball Prospectus, Jeff Moore watched Steven Matz at St. Lucie in advanced-A. His conclusion, "As he continues to gain experience and remain healthy, Matz has a chance to become a no. 2 starter while likely settling in as a mid-rotation guy."
