Ruben Tejada is back with the Mets.
The 29-year-old utility infielder agreed to a minor-league deal with the Mets on Saturday, the team announced.
Tejada spent the first six years of his career with the Mets before splitting time with the Giants, Cardinals and Orioles. He also had a brief minor-league stint with the Yankees in 2017.
He spent last year playing for the Orioles' Triple-A affiliate and did not appear in a game at the major-league level.
Tejada is a career .251/.325/.318 hitter with 10 home runs and 158 RBI.
