Pitchers and catchers take the field at 9:30 am for stretching and pre-workout running:
Later, they will perform basic fundamental drills including pitchers fielding practice, bunting. It's not yet clear who is throwing bullpen sessions today, but I expect to see some of the starting pitchers work on the "six-pack" later this morning.
At 11:15, Major League position players will take the field for a more informal workout, which typically includes batting practice, shagging flyballs, and light infield drills.
