Terry Collins stood in the middle of a group of pitchers instructing them on three different type of pick-off moves to second base. He later went through the signs he'll give from the dugout to dictate situations and how the infield should respond.
He ran through each set of moves once, speaking in great detail. He went through each set of signs once, again in detail. They broke and got to work. It seemed to me everyone essentially knew what they were doing, which is impressive to me. I heard every word. I was listening, I was focused and I was totally confused. This could be because I have terrible listening skills and I don't pay attention when people talk, pr it's because I'm not a professional athlete, one who has been listening to a variation of the order every spring since high school, and so I'm not wired to understand. In either case, it was interesting to watch.
