A: Savannah Sand Gnats (9-8) off
The Gnats travel home to begin a home stand on Tuesday. They will host Delmarva (11-7) for 3 and West Virginia for 4 to wrap up April.
Nimmo, Boyd, and Plawecki are all in the top six in SAL batting average and OPS. Zurcher gives then 4 of the top 8 in league OBP. Not surprisingly the Gnats lead the league in team OBP and are second in batting average. Delmarva leads in batting average and sixth in OPS. The Shorebirds pitching is middle of the pack in the SAL with a 3.66 ERA and 1.35 whip with 7.9 K/9 while Savannah's staff has put up a 3.27 ERA, 1.20 whip, and 9.4 K/9 each good for the upper third in the league.
