Noah Syndergaard took to Instagram after the Mets announced this season's Syndergaard Game of Thrones bobblehead.
Syndergaard, who has been the subject of trade rumors that have died down recently, wrote "Can't trade me now... ha... ha.... haha" below the Mets' post.
The Mets' April 27 game against the Brewers will also be Game of Thrones Night, with the GoT-themed Syndergaard bobblehead giveaway for the first 25,000 fans entering the stadium.
This comes a year after the second Syndergaard-as-Thor bobblehead. Despite his obvious likeness to the Marvel superhero, Syndergaard has actually developed closer ties to the hit HBO show. The righty flamethrower hurled a spear as a member of the Lannister army in a cameo appearance during the Thrones episode "The Spoils of War," which aired in August 2017.

The Mets didn't reveal the new bobblehead, but Syndergaard quickly endorsed the idea by retweeting the announcement.
Now that winter has come and the trade talks around Syndergaard have died down -- at least for the time being -- fans can expect to see the pitcher-turned-celebrity actor take the mound for the Mets in 2019.
