Veteran RHP Bartolo Colon intends to pitch again in 2018, sources told Mark Feinsand of MLB.com.
Colon, who finished this past season with the Twins, said after the team's Wild Card loss that he plans to play "just one" more season in the big leagues.
The 44-year-old played three seasons with the Mets, winning at least 14 games in each of the three seasons. He tied a career-high by pitching in 34 games for the Mets in 2016, when he went 15-8 with a 3.43 ERA.
Colon finished 7-14 with a 6.48 ERA in 28 starts this past season between the Braves and Twins.
