"It's nothing bad," said Tejada, according to Newsday. "I feel it, but I don't push too much. It's prevention, to stay healthy this spring."
Tejada said the quad tightened up during pregame running exercises yesterday.
Hopefully this is nothing, just a small set back. However, Tejada missed six weeks last season with a very similar injury. So, this is worth watching, despite how much the team and player want to downplay it.
