Saturday's game between the Mets and Phillies has been postponed due to rain.
The game will be made up on August 16 when the two teams will play a doubleheader beginning at 4:05 p.m.
RHP Noah Syndergaard, who was scheduled to pitch on Saturday night, will instead pitch on Tuesday when the Mets open a series with the Blue Jays at Citi Field. The Mets are off on Monday.
RHP Jacob deGrom will remain on schedule to start Sunday afternoon's game against the Phillies at 1:05 p.m.
Saturday night's rainout marked the second time this season that a game between the Mets and Phillies has been postponed. The two squads were rained out on April 2 and will be playing a doubleheader on July 9.
