The Mets were already up 4-1 in the top of the fifth when Todd Frazier came up to the plate. But he didn't think that was enough.
With two outs, Frazier swung at the first pitch and sent a moonshot over the left field wall for his 11th homer of the season.
The Mets weren't done scoring in this one. In fact, they put together a monster, nine-run sixth inning and Brandon Nimmo was a part of it. He roped a two-run triple down the right field line, and now only needs a homer for the cycle.
And to top it all off in the sixth, Kevin Plawecki belted a grand slam to left field.
With the Mets already up 14-5, Wilmer Flores felt like adding a little more with a two-run homer in the top of the ninth for good measure.
