After a collision at home plate during a run-scoring wild pitch on Thursday, Noah Syndergaard was diagnosed with a sprained A/C joint in his left (non-pitching) shoulder. Syndergaard can resume throwing toward the end of this week.

Eric Young, Jr. had a setback testing out his injured hamstring, and will not be activated from the disabled list Monday when eligible.

Dillon Gee, who is on the disabled list with a lat injury, recently resumed throwing on flat ground. Terry Collins says he's at least 2-3 weeks away from returning from the disabled list.
