Duke freshman phenom Zion Williamson is projected to be the No. 1 pick in the NBA draft. But his recent knee sprain has people wondering if he should shut down his college season to prepare for the next level.

And on the same note, it has people wondering if college athletes should be paid.

Though Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski reportedly makes $8.98 million, according to USA TODAY, neither Williamson, nor teammate R.J. Barrett, nor any other college athlete, receives money outside of their scholarships.

SNY.tv's Chris Williamson believes that shouldn't be the case. And Williamson's injury scare proves it.
