Philadelphia jumped out to a 30-22 lead in the first quarter and never ceded control after that as the easily rolled to a win.
Dario Saric led the way for the 76ers with 26 points and nine rebounds, while Joel Embiid wasn't far behind with 22 points and seven boards.
Russell was one of five nets that reached double figures but the only one on the team to eclipse the 20-point mark.
