Williams played 41 minutes in Okalahoma City and 37 minutes against the Cavs. He shot 62.9% from the field (17-for 27, 7-for-12 from three) over those two games.
Jason Kidd told reporters Williams contacted the medical staff about soreness in his left ankle and was referred to a doctor. Kidd said the visit is precautionary "to make sure everything's all right."
Kidd also told reporters there has not been a decision yet on whether to recall Tyshawn Taylor-- who was optioned to Springfield earlier Monday -- from the D-League.
