Brooklyn Nets guard Jeremy Lin left Monday's game against the Charlotte Hornets in the third quarter with a strained left hamstring and did not return.
Lin, who missed 17 games earlier this season with a hamstring issue, landed awkwardly after he was fouled driving to the hoop. He stayed in momentarily before signaling to the Nets' bench he needed to be taken out.
He scored 17 points and recorded four assists before departing.
The Nets won 120-118.
