The New York Giants gained 604 yards of total offense ? the second-most in team history (609, 12/3/1950) ? in the team?s 41-34 come-from-behind victory over Tampa Bay.
The Giants are the second team in NFL history ? 1951 Los Angeles Rams ? to have a 500-yard passer and two 150-yard receivers in the same game.

DE Justin Tuck, who missed the first game of the season with sore neck, played and played well last night registering four tackles and 1.5 sacks. When asked if this was an ugly win, he was quick to discredit the notion:
"There?s no such thing as an ugly win--a win is a win. With all the parity in this league, they are a part of the comeback. We?ll take a win any way they come. Obviously there are things we need to correct and get better at, but we?re still proud with how we played tonight."From Geico SportsNite
Two teams with playoff aspirations will look to bounce back after opening the season with a loss. In the spotlight on Monday night will be two quarterbacks drafted No. 1 overall ? the Rams? SAM BRADFORD (2010) and the Giants? ELI MANNING (2004).
Bradford, who is expected to play despite a bruise on his right index finger, is coming off an impressive rookie season. The 2010 AP Offensive Rookie of the Year guided St. Louis to seven wins and set NFL rookie records with 590 attempts and 354 completions while ranking second all-time among rookies with 3,512 yards.

#8??? INDIANAPOLIS (0-1) over NY GIANTS (1-0)
It?s not often (okay, actually never!) that I?ll look to a preseason game to make a regular season pick, but I can?t shake the image of Ravens? tight end Todd Heap torching the Giants? defense in the middle of the field (the same way many teams hurt the Giants last year) a few weeks ago, in August. I see Dallas Clark (who had 11 catches for 80 yards and a TD in Houston last week) having the same success, and after a loss, an extra motivated Peyton Manning finding not only Clark, but Reggie Wayne, Pierre Garcon, and perhaps Austin Collie, as well. Older brother Peyton makes it two-for-two over younger brother Eli, but each will have good seasons after this one.
