And Devils GM Ray Shero is hoping that Palmieri's age and speed will be a helpful addition to his squad.
?He's at the right age, No. 1,? Shero said. ?He's an NHL player. He plays with speed. He's a strong kid. He can really shoot the puck. It's hard to find players like that. Anaheim's got a lot of depth up front, especially on the right side and some other kids coming. So, we're, hopefully, taking advantage of that and, hopefully, it's going to be good for both teams ? Anaheim getting a draft pick and us getting a player that's going to play for us next year.?
