Washington Nationals closer Jonathon Papelbon has received a three-game suspension after throwing in the head area of the Orioles' Manny Machado on Wednesday night (MLB, Sept. 25).?Papelbon hit Machado in the ninth inning after hitting?the game-winning home run in the seventh inning in the Orioles 4-3?victory.?Papelbon will appeal the suspension.
