- Matt Dodge hit a terrible line drive punt to the most dangerous punt returner in the NFL, and even though DeSean Jackson fumbled the ball, the Giants' horrific special teams unit could do nothing to slow down the showboating Jackson.

- The reason the Giants' atrocious special teams unit was forced to make a play was because Tom Coughlin mis-managed the clock, calling a passes on all three plays of their final drive. After the Giants failed to pick up anything on the first play, they should have run more conservative plays to prevent the rookie from having to rise to the occasion, which he failed to do.
