Adam Rotter: They had a nice start and jumped out to a lead, but like almost every game the Rangers seem to play in LA, they blew that lead and then lost the game. The PK struggled and featured some bad bounces and the Kings picked up their game as the period went on. While you can't play a perfect game and mistakes will happen, there is an overall level of play that the Rangers need to get to. The standings are very tight and while there is a little less than half of the season to go, it's very possible that the Rangers will enter the All-Star break outside of the playoffs.
