JT Miller had two assists on Thursday against the Sabres including the primary assist on a give and go with Chris Kreider in OT.
Kreider said that Miller is a player with "really good vision" and that when you are on the ice with him you need to "be aware" because "you are always an option." (MSG)
Alain Vigneault said of Miller's ability to pass the puck, "I don't think it's underappreciated, he wants the puck, he wants to make plays he is not shy about trying things out there that not a lot of people see and he came up big for us at the right time."
Joe Micheletti said that Miller's passing is "so adept" but can also get him in trouble. He said that Miller is a guy who is always looking to make plays but sometimes it backfires.
Dave Maloney said that Miller is a player who plays with imagination and that he continues to evolve and become a "valuable part of the team."
Miller has points in 12 of the last 14 games and has 16 points, 7 goals and 9 assists, in that stretch. (Rangers Game Notes)
