Adam Rotter: Miller turns 23 in March which is hard to believe because it seems like he has been with or around the Rangers for a lot longer than that. But at 23 he is starting to play with a lot more consistency and making an impact on a nightly basis. There are still the moments where he turns it over or makes an ill-advised play, but the positives are outweighing the negatives lately for Miller and that is big for the Rangers.
