Kevin Klein scored the Rangers first two goals last night in their win over Colorado and had a plus 3 rating.
Klein played 19:49, had 4 shots on goal, 1 shot that missed the net, 5 hits and 1 takeaway.
He played 6:04 in the first period, 6:09 in the second period and 7:36 in the third period.
Dave Maloney noted that Klein hasn't been as good or as strong in his game this season as we have been accustomed to seeing since he joined the Rangers but added that there is still "lots of hockey still left."
Maloney said that the key with Klein is the level and pace at which he executes on the ice.
Klein said that he was glad to be able to chip in some offense and that Jesper Fast put the puck in a good shooting position for him on his tying goal. (Rangers Game Notes)
