Alain Vigneault pointed to St. Louis as an example of someone who works hard and sets an example for his teammates. Vigneault said during the period where St. Louis was "fighting it" he would go on the ice 45 minutes early to work on things and then stay on after to work on different things and now he is finding his stride.
