As of Friday, Grabner was tied for 13th in the league with 16 goals and he is tied with Chris Kreider for the team lead.
Adam Rotter: Grabner was great in the first 20 games and it wasn't surprising that he went into the slump that he did. He was one of the biggest surprises for the Rangers in the first part of the year and I think most people would have signed up for 15 goals for the whole season, let alone the 16 he has now. He's still a depth player for the Rangers and far down on the list of forwards that the Rangers need to score, but any time he can hit the back of the net will add to the Rangers depth and be a big boost.
