4:16PM: On Mika, Quinn said " he's fine, he just got the wind knocked out of him. He's fine."
"I didn't see it, I was watching the other end and I saw him gliding to the penalty box area and asked him what happened and told me he got the wind knocked out of him and it all worked out."
Zibanejad left practice this after taking a hit to the head in a one-on-one drill with prospect Joey Keane.
Rick Carpiniello notes that it was unintentional and that the one-on-one battles have been "quite competitive."
Earlier in the week, Zibanejad said the following about his game, "consistency has been a question for me, the only problem is that the last two years I have been hurt. Hard to be consistent when you are out of the lineup and to find that groove again. Feel great, trying to stay healthy and eliminate injuries that I can. (NYR)
Carpiniello notes that Zibanejad did go through the concussion protocol.
