Pavel Buchnevich has four points during his three-game point streak.
Prior to the three-game point streak, Buchnevich only had 4 points in his prior 13 games.
From the Rangers Game Notes, Buchnevich "ranks second on the Rangers in points this season (30; 13 goals and 17 assists), and he is also tied for the team lead in points against Western Conference opponents this season (12; five goals and seven assists in 15 games)."
Rick Nash said after the game against Buffalo that Buchnevich has "all the tools."
He added, "It's hard, it seems like when you get into your second year, the honeymoon stage is over and the excitement is over. He had a great start to the season, he was unbelievable, and he's figuring it out. The thing with him is he could be a star in this league, he's got all the tools." (NYR Game Notes)
Adam Rotter: Buchnevich has found his game again and is looking a lot more like the player he was at the start of the year. He's moving his legs, creating offense and putting himself in the right spots to score. He's as talented a player as the Rangers have and if he can find some consistency he has a chance to be an All-Star caliber player and a huge part of this organizations future.
