“I watch him practice. I still think there’s work to do there. I still think we have a number of things to accomplish with him.”Stralman has had five practices with the Rangers so far. He signed on November 5th. He said that he is here to help the Rangers power play.
I am kind of interested in seeing him play. Torts won't be afraid to limit his minutes if he struggles defensively, but maybe he can be someone to help on the power play. I think that he eases into a few games, scores a goal, gets the Broadway Hat and people start to warm to him. Then he will have a bad game and people will turn on him. I think that if Jeff Woywitka was just a little bit faster, Torts would go with him in the lineup all the time.
