That team won bronze and it was the first medal the USA had ever won at the World Juniors.
In that tournament, Leetch had 5 points in seven games and Quinn had 4 points in 7 games.
Quinn noted that injury stopped him from possibly playing with those two again on the 1988 USA Olympic Team. (NY Post)
