3/7/16 | 6:10PM: Vigneault said that Grabner did not skate today and added, "He worked out at the hotel, he is getting better. Outside chance, maybe Thursday but we aren't going to skate tomorrow. He will have a morning skate so unless he is 100% Thursday we are probably going to wait." (NYR)

3/6/17 | 1:30PM: Grabner skated today in Tampa and said that he didn't feel 100% the day after hurting his hip and that he didn't want to risk further injury if he wasn't 100%. (NYR)
He said that he is going day by day after skating today and will see how he feels later and tomorrow. (NYR)
Grabner noted that he tried to skate in a track suit a few days ago but it didn't feel well. (NYR)
3/5/17 | 2:14PM: Alain Vigneault said on Sunday,
- "Grabs should make the trip and we will see how he is doing tomorrow. He was doing better today but didn't skate so obviously won't play tomorrow."
- On Grabner's hip, "he had an MRI and it just showed a little inflammation on the side but nothing significant, he is still in pain from the shot he took in the last practice. I think it's turning the corner and hopefully he can skate tomorrow and be ready for us in a day or two."
1:26PM: Grabner will not play tomorrow against the Lightning but Alain Vigneault hopes that he will be able to skate tomorrow. (NYR)
