While the Jets were welcoming their draft class during the start of Rookie Orientation on Friday, they also made a couple roster moves that saw a few players walk into free agency.
Most notably was CB Rashard Robinson, who the Jets traded a fifth-round pick for with the 49ers back in 2017. He was a fourth-rounder back in 2016 to San Francisco, and the team was hoping he would alleviate their secondary woes when injuries struck that season.
That wasn't the case, though, as Robinson struggled to end the year with Gang Green. And not much came of his first full season last year, as 10 games saw only one start with eight tackles and one fumble recovery to show for it.
