The New York Red Bulls took home the highest overall fan satisfaction score in the latest J.D. Power Fan Experience Study.
Of all the New York teams, the Red Bulls were first, followed by the Brooklyn Nets.
"This is a significant achievement for our entire organization," Red Bulls General Manager Marc de Grandpre said in a statement. "The experience of our fans is our number one priority and we look forward to continue to give our great, passionate fans the best experience in the New York metropolitan area."
The Fan Experience Study measures customer satisfaction of major pro sports teams in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Houston across seven factors. They are (in order of importance): seating area and game experience; security and ushers; leaving the game; arriving at the game; food and beverage; ticket purchase; and souvenirs and merchandise.
The study did not evaluate NYCFC, based on their newness to the market.
