The Rutgers football team was blown out 52-3 by No. 4 Ohio State on Saturday at Buckeye Stadium in the Buckeyes' second game without head coach Urban Meyer.
Meyer was suspended for the first three games of Ohio State's season after he mishandled domestic violence allegations against former assistant coach Zach Smith.
Rutgers was outgained 579-134 and turned the ball over twice, managing just a third-quarter field goal while Ohio State took a 35-0 lead at halftime.
Rutgers quarterbacks Artur Sitkowski and Giovanni Rescigno combined to go 11-for-30 for 65 yards and two interceptions, while Ohio State's Dwayne Haskins threw for 233 yards and four touchdowns on 20-of-23 passing.
