This weekend is the Giants? Super Bowl, and offensive coordinator Kevin Gilbride met the media Thursday to discuss this all important matchup.

Big Blue?s offense has shown some decent signs of life the past few weeks, but the unit still has not hit its stride.

In the Week 1 loss to the Cowboys, Victor Cruz, Hakeem Nicks and Rueben Randle all racked up 100-plus yards receiving, so Eli Manning is hoping he can spread the ball around on the Cowboys? depleted secondary.

When a team scores one offensive touchdown, it usually loses. But the Giants relied on five field goals from Lawrence Tynes and a Jason Pierre-Paul interception return for a touchdown to barely hang on in their 29-24 victory against the Cowboys.

For most of the game, the Giants had a weak rushing attack, and Eli Manning was not his traditional self in Cowboys Stadium.

After the 56-yard Rueben Randle catch on the opening drive, it almost seemed as if the Giants would just steam roll the Cowboys, playing without middle linebacker Sean Lee. But that drive only yielded a field goal.

The Dallas Cowboys are always under scrutiny. After beating the Giants on opening night, they have lost three of their next five games and sit in the middle of the NFC East muddle at 3-3.

Now comes the news that LB Sean Lee, the team's leading tackler, will miss the remainder of the season with torn ligaments in right big toe. The injury will require surgery and will send the former Penn State star to season-ending IR. ?The Cowboys will use another former Nittany Lion, Dan Connor, in Lee's place beginning this Sunday vs the Giants.

The Dallas Cowboys are finally getting serious. In years past, they let the media, the players (and their girlfriends) and their agents dictate to their organization. It was a complete carnival.

No longer.

Today the team announced they have signed their second round selection, Sean Lee, a promising LB from Penn State.? The signing comes one day after the Pokes wrapped up first-rounder Dez Bryant and means the Cowboys have all of their rookies and draft choices under contract going into camp this week.
