Stefanie Dolson's week ended in style.

The University of Connecticut women's basketball team's junior center was named the Big East Player of the Week Monday. The Port Jervis, N.Y. native averaged 20.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 4.5 assists in the third-ranked Huskies' wins over Louisville and Syracuse.

Dolson had 16 points and nine rebounds as UConn defeated Louisville 72-58. She then had a career high 25 points, including the 1,000th of her career, seven rebounds and six assists as the Huskies downed Syracuse 87-62. She enters Monday night's game against No. 4 Duke at Gampel Pavilion averaging 13.8 points and 6.7 rebounds while leading the league in field-goal percentage.

DePaul's Brittany Hrynko, Georgetown's Andrea White, Notre Dame's Skylar Diggins, Marquette's Katherine Plouffe, and Villanova's Laura Sweeney were named to the Big East honor roll. DePaul guard Chanise Jenkins was the Freshman of the Week after averaging 11.0 points. 5.5 rebounds, and 7.0 assists in a 1-1 week for the Blue Demons.
