SNY will have live coverage of the UConn Women's team's arrival at Bradley Airport and Coach Geno Auriemma's press conference. There will be live interviews with the players and coaches.

SNY will also have coverage of the team's arrival at the UConn campus and more interviews during GEICO SportsNite, following Wednesday's Mets game.

On Thursday, SNY will air "UConn Women: A Championship Season" at 7 p.m., looking back at the team's successful season.

SNY – the official television home of the UConn Huskies Women’s basketball program – today announced its all-access coverage of the 2013 NCAA National Champion UConn Women’s basketball team. SNY will feature live coverage of the program’s historic eighth national championship beginning with the team’s arrival today at Bradley International Airport. At 3:30pm, SNY’s live coverage will include exclusive interviews with UConn Head Coach Geno Auriemma, UConn players and other dignitaries. Former UConn star and current SNY analyst Meghan Culmo and SNY UConn reporter Kerith Burke will be on-site conducting interviews. This content will also air in SNY’s signature show GEICO SportsNite, which airs tonight from 10:30pm-1:30am. The network’s UConn Women’s basketball national championship celebration coverage is presented by People’s United Bank.

Following the airport festivities, SNY’s Kerith Burke will join the UConn Women’s team on the double-decker bus that will parade the team around campus – providing exclusive access and coverage for Huskies fans and viewers. The network will also air the festivities as well as one-on-one interviews outside of Gampel Pavilion. This content will also air tonight in GEICO SportsNite.

Wrapping up the festivities on Thursday, April 11th at 7:00pm, SNY will provide complete coverage of the 2012-13 championship season with an in-depth special titled “UConn Women: A Championship Season presented by People’s United Bank.” This program will feature analysts Meghan Culmo and Kara Wolters, Kerith Burke and host Gary Apple. “UConn Women: A Championship Season presented by People’s United Bank” will provide fans with behind-the-scenes footage of the Huskies historic season from start to finish – as well as exclusive video and interview content from the championship celebration.
